R1WURKS (B84 Series) Titanium Upper Screw Set
This 82-piece set replaces the upper steel screws with lightweight, ultra-high quality Grade 5 (6Al-4V) Titanium screws. Not only will this set lower the CG of your vehicle, but you’ll also benefit from increased hex durability of the precision-broached 2.5 hex socket button head screw, allowing you to torque the screws without the worry of stripping out the hex.

- High-strength Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium
- Tight-tolerance hex broaching
- Cold-formed threads – unlike traditional cut threads, which disrupt the material’s natural grain structure, cold-formed threads are rolled into shape, refining the metal’s grain flow for a stronger, more uniform structure
- Titanium lower shock mounts included
- Flanged and LP large-format head screws included for use in key areas
- 2.5mm hex provides higher torque capacity and greatly reduces the risk of stripping
- Lightweight head designs
- Reduced center of gravity
- Approximately 40% lighter than kit steel hardware

Lower Shock Mount Instructions: For easier installation of the shock mounts, pre-thread the arm mounting holes using a steel screw. For harder materials like carbon-filled nylon, it's recommended to pre-thread the holes and apply grease to the threads for easier assembly.
Note: These shock mounts feature both left-hand and right-hand threads. Use a counterclockwise rotation for installation.
