R1WURKS Fits XB4 2025 Titanium Upper Screw Set

This 81-piece set upgrades the upper steel button-head screws to ultra-lightweight, high-quality Grade 5 (6Al-4V) titanium. Designed to reduce your vehicle's center of gravity, this kit cuts approximately 19 grams of weight.

We manufacture our titanium screws in-house with precise tolerances, using high-quality Grade 5 titanium and one of the most advanced Swiss lathes on the market. Our button-head screws feature a 2.5mm hex for maximum durability, but we go even further by employing a thread-rolling technique. Unlike conventional cut threads that disrupt the material’s natural grain, our cold-formed threads are rolled into place, enhancing the metal's grain flow for a more uniform and robust structure. The result? Some of the strongest titanium screws available.
