R1B Titanium Turnbuckle Set, M3.5

We make these turnbuckles in-house to precise tolerances using premium Grade 5 titanium and one of the most sophisticated Swiss lathes available, making them the perfect upgrade for any racer looking to lower vehicle center of gravity and reduce overall weight.

These turnbuckles feature a streamlined profile, free of unnecessary features that cause high-stress concentrations. Even the identifying mark for left-hand threads is seamlessly integrated into the profile during the milling process. Beyond their strong design, we take it a step further by utilizing a thread rolling process. Unlike traditional cut threads, which disrupt the material’s natural grain structure, cold-formed threads are rolled into shape, refining the metal’s grain flow for a stronger, more uniform structure, resulting in the strongest turnbuckles available.

Features and Specifications:

  • In-house ultra-precision Swiss machining
  • High-strength Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V)
  • Manufactured with tight tolerances
  • 46.63% lighter than steel turnbuckles
  • Cold-formed threads enhance grain structure and increase material hardness
  • 4mm square adjustment area

Options: SELECT PREFERRED COLOR

  • Natural Titanium
  • Bronze

Set Includes:

  • x6 M3.5x48mm Turnbuckles

Use 4mm turnbuckle wrench for adjustments

Racer Tip: For easier assembly, apply grease to the threads before threading the ball cups on.

Anodized Titanium Care

Anodized titanium can develop temporary discoloration or changes in appearance from normal handling. Skin oils, fingerprints, dirt, and other contaminants can build up on the surface and make the anodized color appear dull, uneven, or different from its original appearance.

In many cases, the original color can be restored with a simple cleaning. Dampen a soft, lint-free cloth with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and gently wipe the titanium surface to remove oils and contaminants. Allow the part to air dry completely or wipe it with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.

Important: Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds, steel wool, or aggressive scrubbing, as these can damage or alter the anodized finish.

With proper cleaning and handling, your titanium part can maintain its original anodized appearance for a long time.
