WARRANTY/ REPAIR INFO
R1 Wurks offers a 90 day warranty for any product defects from the time of purchase. Proof of Purchase is required. This warranty does not transfer if the item is purchased second hand. Products that we find to have been abused/misused when we receive them will be void of warranty. See our FAQ page for some specifics.
Courtesy discounts will only be provided to ESC's that were purchased within 90 days. Proof of purchase is required. 2nd hand purchased items will be not be eligible.
When filing a warranty/ repair claim please supply proof of purchase. Once we receive the request, please include a return address and your RMA number with the package. If this information is not included, your item runs the risk of not being shipped back/ replaced. This information will be entered in the form below.
For warranty claims, the customer will be responsible for shipping to R1 Wurks
For non- warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for both shipping to R1 return shipping, as well as the cost of parts used to repair the item.
If you are not completely satisfied with our product or happy with your purchase, please let us know. Any order discrepancies or damaged items received upon must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. Refunds and Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
30 Day Return Policy:
Products: All R1WURKS Products (See Exclusions).
Policy and Applicability: All R1WURKS product(s). Product(s) must be shipped back with original packaging for return. The returning product(s) must be unworn and arrive in good condition to be eligible for a refund.
Exclusions: Product(s) purchased on our sale page, during a site wide sale, or with an applied promotional discount are not eligible for returns.
Remedy: Product will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value or a refund of the purchased price. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling costs per order.
All domestic (U.S.) returns will incur 15% return fee. Shipping fee is not refundable. Proof of purchase is required.
All international returns will require the customer to cover any shipping expenses incurred as part of the return process. The customer may use their preferred shipping courier (i.e. local postal service) to send the return package. All international returns are also require to include tracking information. International returns are eligible for a full refund of the price at purchase less any customs, duties, shipping & handling fees from the original order, and taxes incurred as part of the return process. Proof of purchase is required.

- Upon receiving a warranty claim form, please fill out each section clearly and email the completed form back to us to begin the return process.
- Pack in padded envelop or box to prevent damage in transit. Product must arrive in good condition.
- Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please expect 7 business days for your order to be processed once we receive the shipment. You'll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed

Please Note: R1WURKS will not be able to process or ship back your package if your return package is incomplete. We typically send out the replacement in 2 to 3 business days after receiving your return. R1WURKS also reserves the right to incur additional charges for any damages or missing components found upon return in a scenario deemed eligible for a refund.
All returning items shipped back to R1WURKS should contain original contents (i.e. such as tags attached), be in an unworn condition, and shipped with adequate protection.
Any item determined worn or damaged will not be eligible for a refund and will not be sent back.
Once we find a resolution, you have 14 days to communicate with us with what you would like to do, After these 14 days the returned item(s) are subject to being thrown out or used for parts.
